In so short a time, the small group developed into a strong force-in character and spirit, as well as in great number. Its popularity grew by leaps and bounds! More Collegiate Chapters were formed in different Universities and Colleges in Metro Manila, and over the years spread as well to all parts of the Philippines. Later, Junior and Community Chapters were likewise established and became part of the ALPHA KAPPA RHO family. Bro Jun Pasaporte (deceased) and Bro William Ho founded the Junior ALPHA KAPPA RHO at the University of the East.

Gonzalo "Jun Labo" Pasaporte Jr. was born on September 23, 1958 in Okinawa, Japan. He was raised by his nurturers Mr. Gonzalo Pasaporte Sr. and Mrs. Cirila Gelera. Bro Jun Pasaporte’s siblings include Gloria Gelera Pasaporte, Grace Gelera Pasaporte, and Gladys Gelera Pasaporte. He was the third of three sisters who also joined AKP sometime in 1983 under University of the East (U.E) caloocan chapter. After the completion of his primary studies at St. Joseph’s Academy in 1971, Jun Pasaporte enrolled at the University of the East C.M. Recto Manila, Philippines for his secondary education in 1972. He tried to join as a neophyte of The Skeptrons AKP - ALPHA KAPPA RHO (AKRHO) Intercollegiate Service Fraternity and Sorority on 1st week of August 1975 along with Noriel Arcadio and the late Rey Quitoriano same as well from U.E. (University of the East) Recto High School. Persistently went forward to the stamping ground of AKRHO at U.E. Student Canteen. But, somehow was rejected on the first attempt since high school educatees are barred to join college fraternities at that time. However the officers and board members of the AKP U.E. (University of the East) Chapter decided to consent high school educatees so as to attain with the growing population of the other fraternities in U.E. (University of the East) Recto campus and also the MASS RECRUITMENT has been approved. 1975 Skeptron officers comprised of the leadership of Bro Pykes Opuz - GS (Grand Skeptron President), Bro Bong Carandang VGS (Vice-Grand Skeptron President) and fellow officers Bro Jun Mayuga, Bro Jerry Zaguire, Bro Ching Mendoza, Bro William Ho and Bro Auggie Fabian.
Jun Pasaporte, Noriel Arcadio and the late Rey Quitoriano finally underwent initiation on the 3rd week of August 1975 where they passed and welcome as brothers The Skeptrons AKP - ALPHA KAPPA RHO (AKRHO) Intercollegiate Service Fraternity and Sorority U.E. (University of the East) Chapter.
Immediately after the credence acceptance from AKP, Jun Pasaporte began to show his loyalty, sincerity and leadership by recruiting neophytes from high school section not only from his school but also in the nearby schoolhouses and universities such as U-Belt (University Belt), F.E.U. (Far Eastern University), P.S.B.A. (Philippine School of Business Administration) and N.C.B.A. (National College of Business and Arts).
